Forensic specialists celebrated for their leadership and expertise.
Who's Who Legal recently released their list of leading consulting experts across several categories, including experts in asset recovery, financial advisory and valuations, data, eDiscovery, digital forensics and forensic accounting. Several forensic experts from KordaMentha were recognised as leaders in their field.
Matthew Fleming was recognised for his outstanding work in global fraud and corruption investigations and as a leading asset recovery expert. Nigel Carson and Grant Whiteley were both honoured as leaders in the field of digital forensics and data.
Within the Financial Advisory and Valuation category, Owain Stone and David Van Homrigh were recognised. "Owain Stone enjoys a fantastic reputation in the Australian and international markets, with his skill as a forensic accountant and client-friendly approach regularly cited by interviewees as among his key attributes." David Van Homrigh was also recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in the quantum of damages and celebrating him as the leading expert in Brisbane.
Sally Davitt was honoured as a Future Leader in the area of forensic accounting, noting she "... enjoys a sterling reputation in the forensic accounting space, thanks to her strong track record on financial investigations, asset tracing and commercial disputes."
Several of our forensic accounting specialists, were also celebrated for their outstanding work providing expert witness testimony. "Andrew Ross is an exemplary expert witness who is highly knowledgeable on complex financial disputes and commercial litigation." John Temple-Cole was celebrated for "...his written expert reports [which]are well written, thorough and easy to follow". Owain Stone was celebrated as Melbourne's number one forensic accountant, "... for his encyclopaedic knowledge and client-orientated approach," and Brian Wood was highlighted for his stellar reputation and, "... skilful work advising clients on high-value commercial disputes."
