However, pursuant to the procedural rules of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, separate arbitrations may be consolidated into a single arbitration if all parties involved so request or agree thereto. In such case, the arbitrations are consolidated into the proceeding commenced first.
