Are there any restrictions on the choice of seat of arbitration for certain disputes?

Answer ... In domestic arbitrations – that is, where both parties are Croatian residents or legal persons established under the laws of Croatia – the seat of arbitration must be in Croatia.

Further, if the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian courts has been provided for, the subject matter is not capable of being resolved through arbitration where the seat is outside Croatia.
