The Forum will begin with a new session presented by AIRROC’s NextGen Council, including Mayer Brown associate Juliana Toes, that will provide an overview to the runoff market and types of transactions that are in the legacy “toolkit.”
During the second half of the Forum, panels will cover the state of the market, including a discussion led by Mayer Brown partner David Alberts on the current runoff deal market and an interactive session with the audience led by Mayer Brown partner Vikram Sidhu. The final session will be chaired by Mayer Brown partner Stephen Rooney and feature senior level executives from the legacy space discussing deal trends and market highlights from 2022 and examining challenges and opportunities for 2023.

A proposed rule announced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) this year would amount to a near-total ban on non-compete agreements with workers.
