The Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies and Mayer Brown are pleased to continue the tradition of our annual Deal Forum for the fifth year. Panelists will share their own experiences and insights, lessons learned, highlights and tips for success.
The Forum will begin with a new session presented by AIRROC’s NextGen Council, including Mayer Brown associate Juliana Toes, that will provide an overview to the runoff market and types of transactions that are in the legacy “toolkit.”
During the second half of the Forum, panels will cover the state of the market, including a discussion led by Mayer Brown partner David Alberts on the current runoff deal market and an interactive session with the audience led by Mayer Brown partner Vikram Sidhu. The final session will be chaired by Mayer Brown partner Stephen Rooney and feature senior level executives from the legacy space discussing deal trends and market highlights from 2022 and examining challenges and opportunities for 2023.
The Fund Finance Association’s annual symposiums bring together investors, fund managers, bankers and lawyers for education and networking within the fund finance market. FFA hosts annual events in Miami, London, and Asia.
