LOCATION RELEASE

1. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the legal owner of or having the right and authority to permit the filming on and of the Property, hereby grant to __________, its agents (including, without limitation, __________), and others working for it or on its behalf, and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Client”) the right to film the Property together with any signs, trademarks, and anything else appearing on the Property, to copyright such film (the "Film"), and to use the Film, or to refrain from so doing, in any manner or media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised) anywhere in the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising or trade in promoting and publicizing Client and its products and services.
2. I also consent to the use in conjunction with the Film of any other materials that Client so chooses, and I agree that I shall have no right to inspect or approve any finished advertisements (collectively, the "Advertisements") incorporating the Film, and I shall have no other right of approval in connection with the Film or the Advertisements including, but not limited to, the right to approve any use by Client of the Film or the Advertisements.
3. I shall have no claim to additional compensation and no claim arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, fictionalization, or use in composite form that may occur in or in connection with the Advertisements.
4. I represent and warrant that: I am of legal age; I am the legal owner of or the agent of the legal owner of the Property; I have the right and authority to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted hereunder; and I have the right to contract in my own name in connection with the rights granted herein. I hereby release Client and those working for it or on its behalf from any and all liability that may occur in connection with the filming of the Property or the use of the Film by Client.
