Seth Kleinman spoke to The Recorder about fintech lawyers at Silicon Valley's largest firms remaining busy and continuing to believe in the resilience of the tech sector despite a recent cooling in various cryptocurrencies.

"There are lots of points of discussion happening in the restructuring world as it relates to crypto," said Seth, noting that investors are interested in buying distressed assets, while others want to know how the recent high-profile bankruptcies might have a trick down effect on their assets.

"I don't foresee that stopping," he added. "We're far from the death of crypto."
