This is a reminder that all MVPDs must file their Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Program Annual Report by September 30th.  In addition, specific MVPDs identified by the Commission must complete the Supplementary Investigation Sheet of the form.

At least once every five years, the Commission investigates specific systems utilizing a Supplementary Investigation Sheet filed with the EEO Program Annual Report.  Identified systems must submit additional information with their regular annual report, including a copy of the system's EEO public file report for the preceding year.  General EEO requirements include: maintaining specific practices to ensure equal opportunity employment; disseminating EEO program to job applicants, employees and those with whom the system regularly does business; EEO outreach programs; specific EEO initiatives; record retention requirements; offering of promotions to minorities and women; and encouragement of minority and female entrepreneurship.
