Rawlison Butler LLP has advised the joint liquidators of Antech Direct Limited (In Liquidation), on the sale to TechYoYo Limited (a member of the Centerprise International Group) of its former long established PC development and gaming brand 'YoYoTech' and related assets.

Antech Direct Limited ceased trading in May 2013 and went into creditors' voluntary liquidation in mid-June 2013. For more than 10 years prior to closure of the business, YoYoTech was one of the world's leading manufacturers of custom built PCs and overclocking.

Abigail Owen, corporate partner led the Rawlison Butler team, which included senior associates Andrew Hawkins ( corporate) and William Walsh ( employment).

The joint liquidators were John Ariel and Matthew Wild, both of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP.
