CorpServices Group it's a Singapore company established in Brazil in 2018, with global investors. The first acquisition in January 2020 of Assessor Bordin marks the entry of CorpServices Group in the Brazilian market, with the latest acquisition of IGNIS, completed in May 2022, confirming its consolidation path in Brazil.
The presence and consolidation of CorpServices Group is important because it is one of the first groups to be established, in Brazil, as an "one stop shop" that offers corporate and integrated solution for companies. Combining BPO and innovative technology, CorpServices Group facilitates internal processes fostering the core business of its clients.
