New York  — Stroock Co-Managing Partners Jeff Keitelman and Alan Klinger, as well as Partners Allen DensonLorie Lazarus and Stephen Newman, have been named as members of Law360's editorial boards in recognition of their impact and influence in their respective practice areas.

Jeff Keitelman joins Law360's 2022 Legal Industry Editorial Board for the second year in a row. He is co-managing partner of the firm, co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Group, and the lead lawyer on some of the country's largest and most high-profile commercial real estate transactions. He is also the architect of the firm's unique government real estate practice, which advises owners who lease to government tenants in leasing, purchase/sale, lending, compliance, operations and protests and other claims.

Law360  also tapped Co-Managing Partner Alan Klinger to join the 2022 Employment Authority Labor Editorial Board for the second year. Klinger has long been recognized for his work in multiple areas of litigation, including labor & employment, ERISA and land use & zoning. He also leads the firm's representation of public sector unions and employee benefits funds and is a member of the firm's Government Relations Group. Alan is a frequent lecturer and co-author on issues relating to labor law and collective bargaining, along with attorney-client privilege/work product doctrine.

Law360 has also enlisted the guidance of Partner Lorie Lazarus for its 2022 California Editorial Board, Partner Stephen Newman for its 2022 Consumer Protection Editorial Board and Partner Allen Denson for its 2022 Fintech Editorial Board.

Lazarus, based in Los Angeles, is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice and has successfully led hundreds of transactions to date. Armed with deep market knowledge across all asset types, Lorie applies her uncommon legal and business insight to deliver efficient, effective and tailored legal advice and solutions to each of her clients in order to meet their transactional goals.

Also joining from Los Angeles, Newman handles class action defense and other representative litigation, including multidistrict cases, as well as proceedings launched by government officials on behalf of the general public. He has extensive experience representing companies including Internet businesses, retailers, banks, insurers and manufacturers under California's Unfair Competition Law and Consumers Legal Remedies Act.

Denson, who is based in Washington, D.C., is a frequent advocate before federal and state government regulatory bodies, state attorneys general and various state banking departments. He brings a rare and powerful set of perspectives and tactics gained through his work as an enforcement attorney and as a private practice lawyer. Both mainstream and legal industry media outlets frequently seek him out as a source regarding fintech issues.
