Euromoney LMG has shortlisted Morrison & Foerster's Dominik Moser for its inaugural Europe Rising Stars Awards 2019. A senior associate of the firm's Berlin office, Dominik has been recognized in the M&A/private equity category.
As a member of our Corporate and M&A team, Dominik focuses his practice on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, investments in the area of emerging companies and venture capital, and on general corporate law issues (including corporate governance, restructuring, compliance, and internal investigations). He is particularly experienced in the fields of technology (IP/IT), life sciences and pharma, and real estate.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster in 2017, Dominik worked on the core corporate/capital markets team of a large international 'Magic Circle' law firm, most recently as a principal associate, for nearly seven years. Besides his internationally acquired legal education, Dominik's university degree in business administrations bolsters his knowledge base. This combination of sound corporate law capability and business know-how distinguishes his practice and makes him a notable rising star among his peers.
Dominik's recent experience includes representing:
- BCG Digital Ventures in the sale of Singapore-based Kaishi Pte. Ltd., a provider of mobile applications in the field of fetal heart-rate monitoring and health information for expectant mothers.
- Mobileye N.V., an Israel-based pioneer developer and leading provider of technology in the field of autonomous driving, when it was acquired by Intel Corporation.
- Elvaston Capital Funds in various investments in IT enterprises worldwide (eg investment in Stonebranch, Inc.).
- International VC investors in their investments in Europe (e.g., Redline Capital, Tokio Marine Holdings, Happiness Capital and Base10).
