For us, as for a young company, every recognition is an exciting occasion. And today we are pleased to admit that for the second year in a row EVRIS demonstrates the dynamics of growth and consolidation of its positions.

The research also noted our deal in the sphere of M&A practice, which is led by our partnerSergiy Benedysuyk. In 2018, the firm provided Volterra Energy Group LLC with full legal support for the acquisition of two solar power plants in Ukraine, including a legal audit, structuring of the transaction, preparation of transaction documents, legal support for the completion of the transaction and the attraction of a loan from a large Ukrainian bank. And this deal was marked on the list of top projects.
