From 1 July 2018, the new Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (BIFA) will replace the adjudication process under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (BCIPA).

Workshop: Using the adjudication process under BIFA

This two-hour workshop on the adjudication process covers:

  1. Issuing a payment claim under the BIFA;
  2. Preparing a compliant payment schedule on time under the BIFA;
  3. Collating your evidence and preparing your Adjudication Application;
  4. Being prepared, and getting your Adjudication Response ready in time;
  5. What to do once the Adjudication Decision has been made; and
  6. How to amend your contracts to deal with the BIFA.
