March 13, 2008, Scottsdale. Buchalter Nemer is welcoming two new Of Counsel to its Scottsdale office. The two attorneys joining the firm are John A. Greene and Donnelly A. Dybus.

John Greene joins the firm’s Business Practices Group representing businesses in the insurance, transportation, manufacturing, financial and service industries on regulatory compliance, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits and executive compensation, real estate, contract and government affairs.
Donnelly Dybus represents clients in litigation and in business, handling business transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, sales of companies, contracts, commercial leases, site acquisition and construction, zoning, licensing, corporate matters and environmental issues. He is also currently representing commercial clients in multi-party actions in federal court with multi-state diversity.
