RDJ Real Estate advised Elkstone Real Estate on the sale of Copley Court, a 265-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Cork city centre, to US-headquartered Greystar.

The RDJ Real Estate team advised Elkstone Real Estate on the
sale of Copley Court, a 265-bed purpose-built student accommodation
(PBSA) scheme in Cork city centre, to US-headquartered real estate
group Greystar.
Located adjacent to Cork City Hall, Copley Court comprises 265
beds together with a range of resident amenities including a gym,
private and group study spaces, and a student lounge and games
area. The scheme has operated at or near full occupancy since its
relaunch in 2019 and is situated approximately 3km from University
College Cork.
The acquisition represents Greystar’s fourth investment in
the Irish PBSA sector and further strengthens its position as one
of Ireland’s largest student accommodation providers. The
transaction was completed on behalf of Greystar Equity Partners
Europe II (GEPE II), Greystar’s pan-European value-add
residential fund.
