RDJ advised Secon Construction Services Ltd ("Secon") on its partnership with Waterland Ireland to create Ireland's largest provider of specialist industrial insulation and cladding services for mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
Headquartered in Cork, Secon is a leading specialist in industrial insulation and cladding solutions, supporting major projects across sectors including life sciences, data centres, energy, semiconductor manufacturing and food and beverage.
The partnership represents an important milestone in Secon's growth journey. Backed by Waterland's strategic and financial support, the business will benefit from increased scale, enhanced resources and access to new opportunities across Ireland and Europe. The partnership will also support future investment, organic growth and strategic acquisitions in adjacent industrial services markets.
The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance.
