The annual list recognizes the most impressive secondaries professionals under 36.
A partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Group, Alex advises secondary clients and private fund sponsors on a range of secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales, fund restructurings, co-investments, stapled secondaries, and GP-led liquidity transactions. Over the past year, she has advised on more than 60 transactions across the secondaries market.
Beyond her transactional practice, Alex is committed to developing the next generation of secondaries professionals by serving as a mentor to junior lawyers. She is also active in the secondaries community as a keynote speaker at Proskauer’s Secondaries School and a lead organizer of the Firm’s flagship Secondaries Pulse Check conference.
