Global law firm K&L Gates advised StemCyte International, Ltd. on its US$14 million initial public offering and primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The capital raise was completed through the issuance of 22.23 million new shares.

Established in 2013, StemCyte International, Ltd. is a leading provider of cord blood banking and stem cell-related services, supporting medical research and therapeutic applications worldwide.

The Corporate team advising StemCyte on the listing was led by Taipei partners Cheryl Hsieh and Billy Chen, with support from Palo Alto partner Kevin Cao.
