James Nickless, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of SCA
(QLD).
James has a wealth of experience in building and construction,
property, commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency
matters, and specialises in body corporate and community management
disputes and levy collections.
James approaches dispute resolution proactively, collecting al of the relevant information and evidence at the very beginning to enable an early assessment of the merits of each case, and ensure the best legal, tactical and procedural approach is tailored for each matter.
