North Hudson Resource Partners, a Texas-based private equity energy investor with over US$2.5 billion of assets under management, has acquired HWN Energy, marking its first significant Canadian investment.
HWN Energy is an oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, development and optimization of energy assets. The transaction represents an important step in North Hudson’s continued expansion into the North American energy sector and is expected to support HWN Energy’s growth and long-term development strategy.
