The event will take place May 19–21, 2026, in Vilamoura, Portugal, bringing together international practitioners to share insights and strategies on cross-border asset recovery and contentious insolvency matters.
Mahareksha will be part of the panel on Corruption in the World of Asset Recovery, which will explore key issues including the impact of corruption on cases, the recognition of judgements obtained through corrupt practices, challenges in proving contracts void for illegality, and considerations around costs, funding and inequality between claimants and well-resourced fraudsters.
