In one transaction, Niteo acquired all issued and outstanding stock of Folexport, Inc. The transaction advances Niteo’s strategic growth of its portfolio of branded household and automotive products.
Niteo also acquired Faultless Brands. The transaction, structured as a stock sale, reflects Niteo's continued growth in the consumer and home products distribution sector.
