The Capital Markets team advised Chardan, the sole placement agent, in ZOOZ Power Ltd.’s closing of its private placement initially announced on July 29, 2025, in connection with ZOOZ’s adoption of a bitcoin treasury reserve strategy. The net cash proceeds for the private placement equals $159 million.
In addition, the Capital Markets team advised Chardan as Sales Agent in respect of ZOOZ Power Ltd.’s $1 billion ATM program which was announced on September 30, 2025.
