SSEK Law Firm recently held a client event focused on Indonesia's risk-based business licensing framework. The event was moderated by SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka, with Bima Danubrata Adhijoso, a senior associate at SSEK, as a featured speaker.

We were honored to welcome guest speaker Bapak Dendy Apriandi, Director of Investment Deregulation at the Ministry of Investment / BKPM (Capital Investment Coordinating Board), who provided an overview of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 on the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.

The speakers explained the key provisions of the regulation, its practical impact on business licensing in Indonesia, and steps companies should take to ensure compliance.

With more than 35 participants in attendance, the session featured an engaging discussion and Q&A session.
