Taft Cincinnati attorney Jada Colon was recently selected for the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden Ambassador's Council Program. The council is comprised of young professionals dedicating to supporting the Zoo's mission, vision, and values through providing mission-based leadership, fundraising, and advocacy, while educating and inspiring those around them. Council members are leaders in their field who exhibit the personal values of integrity, collaboration and volunteerism.

Since 1885, Taft professionals have been dedicated to serving the community through active participation in volunteer projects, pro bono services, and leadership on various boards of local organizations. Colon continues to uphold Taft's historical reputation as a steadfast supporter of not only the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, but the Greater Cincinnati community as a whole.
Colon is an attorney in Taft's Litigation practice group and represents clients in a range of complex matters including commercial and contract disputes, and construction litigation. She serves as Vice President of the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati, is a 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder, and received the 2024 PLEDGE award from Cincinnati Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for demonstrating exceptional legal talent.
