The article underscores the growing role of artificial intelligence in arbitration and highlights the ethical and practical responsibilities lawyers and arbitrators face when using AI tools. He is a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and was appointed to the panel of international arbitrators for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association.
