Cahill partner Jason Schwartz will speak on the panel,
“Inbound Debt Investing,” at the Advanced International
Taxation Conference, which will be hosted by The NYU School of
Professional Studies Division of Programs in Business.
Jason will address issues relating to investments by foreign
persons in U.S. debt, the safe harbors for specific investing and
trading activities, “season and sell” strategies, and
the use of tax treaties, including “bring your own
treaty” funds.
