Foley partner Jennifer Urban, chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Area of Focus, is speaking in Moss Adams’ upcoming webinar titled “Health Care Organizations: Reduce Cybersecurity Threats” on June 4.

The stakes are higher than ever when it comes to cyberthreats facing health care organizations. Patient data, regulatory compliance, and organizational integrity are all at risk.

Presented by Marsh McLennan Agency, Foley & Lardner, and Moss Adams, this webinar will detail how organizations can prepare and mitigate cybersecurity risk through a collaborative approach that integrates IT, legal, and risk management teams.

Attendees will learn how to bridge the gap between preparation and response, and how to foster a security-driven culture that enhances an organization’s resilience against cyberthreats.

The presentation will cover:

  • Insights into mitigating cyber risks and critical components of an effective incident response plan tailored for health care
  • The importance of collaboration among stakeholders, and how these elements work together to safeguard patient information
  • The claims perspective, compliance triggers, and proactive strategies to lower cyber insurance costs while maintaining robust security
