Taft, formerly known as Sherman & Howard, is hosting the American Bar Association (ABA) 2025 Arbitration Institute in its downtown Denver office. This in-person-only event brings together nationally recognized arbitration leaders for an in-depth look at the entire arbitral process, with sessions tailored for neutrals, advocates, and in-house counsel. The institute offers a great mix of substantive panels, small breakout discussions, and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues and leading practitioners.
Additionally, Taft arbitrator and mediator Skip Netzorg will be moderating a panel discussion on the practical applications and limitations of AI in arbitration and will facilitate a breakout discussion on preparing and drafting arbitration awards.
The institute will run at Taft's Denver office from June 12 – 13, 2025. Netzorg's panel discussion, "What Every Arbitrator Needs to Know About AI" will be held on June 13, 2025, from 4:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m MT.

Netzorg is a renowned arbitrator and mediator with extensive trial experience on both the plaintiff and defendant sides. He has served as an arbitration panel chair, panel member, or sole arbitrator in dozens of major cases where arbitration demands have ranged from the tens of thousands of dollars to multibillion-dollar figures.
