From 1 January 2025, Tom Walrut has been promoted to special counsel and Alfred Jackson and Katelyn Gillert have been promoted to associate.
Tom Walrut assists clients with tax and commercial issues with a focus on achieving practical, commercial and tax effective outcomes in transactional, structuring and restructuring matters. Tom is regularly called on by professional and industry bodies such as the Tax Institute of Australia to share his expertise in areas including CGT rollovers, duty and land tax, and general business and enterprise structuring.
Katelyn Gillert specialises in estate planning and estate administration and has supported many clients and their families through the process.
Alfred Jackson provides support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, tax and structuring issues.
