pleased to welcome Associates Bansari Amin and Brody Sabor to the firm's Intellectual
Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups,
respectively. Amin is based in Dallas and Sabor in Kansas City.
Amin is a dedicated intellectual property attorney with a strong
background in trademark and copyright law. She has experience
handling a wide range of IP matters, including trademark
prosecution and clearance, copyright infringement and licensing,
and international IP strategy and management. Amin earned her J.D.
from the Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. in
Economics from the University of Central Florida.
Sabor is a skilled appellate attorney whose practice focuses on
post-conviction relief. He has experience handling a wide range of
appellate matters, including direct appeals, post-conviction
appeals and habeas corpus petitions. Sabor received his J.D.
cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City
(UMKC) School of Law and his B.A. in History and Criminal Justice
cum laude from UMKC.
