Managing Intellectual Property, one of the world's leading trade publications for intellectual property lawyers, has announced the 2024 winners of the prestigious ManagingIP Awards. Cassels is proud to have been honoured as the winner in two categories.
The Cassels Intellectual Property Group was recognized as Canada's Copyright Firm of the Year for the second year in a row, and Karen MacDonald was named Canada's Trademark Disputes Practitioner of the Year.
The ManagingIP Awards are presented annually to firms, individuals, and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as to those driving the international IP market. The awards were presented at a gala event in New York City on April 25, 2025.
