Christina Licursi, co-chair of Wolf Greenfield’s Trademark & Copyright Practice, is a finalist in the DEI Leader category for the Legal Media Group (LMG) DEI Awards, in association with IFLR, ITR, and Managing IP. Christina is one of only 14 attorneys in the country recognized individually.

Christina focuses her practice on global portfolio management, counseling, and advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including branding strategies and protection, trademark and copyright infringement matters, licensing issues, and domain name disputes. With over a decade of experience, Christina has demonstrated experience in connection with developing, using, registering, licensing, and enforcing trademarks and copyrights. Her experience encompasses both trademark prosecution and litigation, including representing clients in federal courts across the country and before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). In addition to trademark matters, she also handles various copyright issues, domain names and related disputes, and social media and internet matters.

Christina is known for her dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She frequently speaks on topics relating to leadership and diversity both at Wolf Greenfield and in the wider legal and entrepreneurial communities. She had an insightful piece published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly titled “Creating a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Law Firm.” The article addresses the question: In terms of making our workplaces more diverse, inclusive, and equitable, what can we do to move forward and effect change? She also spoke on the IP Talk with Wolf Greenfield podcast about making diversity and inclusion a priority in the legal industry. Most recently, Christina spearheaded the creation of Wolf Greenfield’s annual S(IP) & Share event, which brings together women leaders in intellectual property to share experiences, challenges, and initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on June 20, 2024 in New York, NY. Learn more.
