Cahill's London Banking & Finance team has been shortlisted for "Banking and Finance Team of the Year" as part of The American Lawyer's British Legal Awards 2023 for advising the lead arrangers on the debt financing provided in support of the acquisition by Apollo of Primafrio Corporation, S.A., a leading temperature-controlled infrastructure and logistics company operating in more than 25 countries throughout Europe. A complex transaction, the financing contained several bespoke elements and was executed during a volatile period in the European debt capital markets.
