Manchadi Kekana has rejoined ENSafrica as an Executive in our Insolvency, Restructuring, and Business Rescue practice. This appointment marks not just the acquisition of a remarkable legal talent but also the homecoming of a highly valued member of our firm.

Manchadi's return to ENSafrica follows her successful tenure as a senior legal counsel in the banking sector. During this period, she refined her expertise in delivering specialised and sector-specific legal advice, particularly focusing on the restructuring of distressed assets.

As a regulatory and insolvency expert, she has represented a spectrum of clients including business rescue practitioners, liquidators and various corporate entities. She has extensive experience in advising creditors and shareholders of companies under business rescue. In addition, she provides guidance on the business rescue process and has been instrumental in restructuring companies in business rescue as well as those in financial distress.

Ntlhane Makena, Head of ENSafrica's Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice, said, "Manchadi's return to ENSafrica is reflective of our dedication to reinforce a team that is not only highly skilled but also has a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. It underscores our commitment to providing our clients with exemplary service. Her experience, particularly in the banking sector, will be invaluable to our clients navigating financial difficulties".
