We are delighted Funds Management partner Emma Donaghue has been appointed to the Property Funds Association of Australia (PFA) Issues & Regulatory Committee (IRC).

Emma specialises in funds management, particularly the establishment and ongoing operation of MISs (listed and unlisted), debt funds, banking and finance transactions, and AFS licensing. You can read more about Emma's expertise and experience here.

The PFA is the peak body representing the Australian unlisted wholesale and retail property funds sector. One of the key committees, the IRC considers new or proposed law reforms and policies impacting the unlisted property industry, including lobbying industry regulators (ASIC, APRA) and other government organisations, such as Treasury and the ATO.

We congratulate Emma on this well-deserved recognition of her deep knowledge and understanding of the funds management industry.
