Nick focuses his practice on construction law and commercial business disputes. Nick has over a decade of litigation experience, representing heavy-highway construction contractors, specialty subcontractors, and engineering firms in state and federal court. He also serves as corporate counsel to several businesses in the State.
He has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers and is a frequent speaker and author on a variety of construction law topics. He received his J.D. from New York Law School, his M.S. from the University of Florida, and his B.S. from the University of Tampa.
