Co-chair of the firm's Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group, partner Joe Palmore will be moderating the ABA Federal Procurement Institute's Supreme Court panel.
The panel will cover recent Supreme Court decisions impacting the False Claims Act, Chevron deference, and attorney-client privilege, among other issues. After a deep dive into legal trends and developments in appellate cases, the panel will discuss what it's like to argue at the Supreme Court, how the current Court may shape the law, and what to expect as the newly-appointed justices flex their muscles.
