Where I come from, that's a fortune (a sizeable one, at that) and prudence dictates that there should be a sustained engagement -such as this- on issues bordering on the applicability of international best practices in labour, employment and industrial relation matters; the world of "work" being the golden goose that must be pampered at all times. I thank the organisers (ENI, Eversheds) for the opportunity and privilege to address the ENI International HR team on non-discrimination legislation in Nigeria, with particular emphasis on the application in Nigeria of Article 111 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Convention.
