Reporting Of Changes In Terms Of Investment.

SEBI vide its circular dated November 06, 20194 has substituted paragraph 9.1.1 of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF4/CIR/P/2019/102 dated September 24, 2019 on conditions to be adhered to by mutual funds while making any change to terms of an investment. It now reads as follows:

any changes in the terms of the investment, including an extension in maturity of a money market or debt security, shall be reported to valuati on agencies and SEBI registered Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) immediately, along - with reasons for such changes.

The circular is effective from November 06, 2019.
