We are pleased to announce the promotion of our newest Executive Directors.

Anya Gielen

With over 20 years' experience in the public accounting profession, Anya has expertise in the prevention, detection, investigation and remediation of fraudulent and corrupt behaviour, through engagements requiring forensic accounting, financial investigation, misconduct investigation, litigation support and investigative intelligence and analysis. Anya has led large, complex investigations in the UK, US, and Australia for clients across a wide range of industries including government, education, retail, manufacturing, utilities and financial services.
David Johnstone

With almost 15 years' experience, the last 10 years with KordaMentha, David has worked on a diverse range of client engagements throughout Australia, providing advice and solutions to key stakeholders on a broad range of operational and financial issues. David is a Registered Liquidator and Chartered Governance Professional.
Paul Pracilio

Paul has over 11 years' experience in restructuring across a diverse range of industries and specialises in business restructuring, financial reviews, external administrations and stakeholder management.
Anthony Ranauro
Executive Director | Forensic | Perth
Anthony is a forensic accounting and business valuation specialist with almost 20 years of experience. Anthony focuses on commercial dispute analysis (provision of formal expert reports and consulting expert advice on a range of litigious matters around the country) and the valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets, financial instruments and debt and debt-like instruments for non-litigious matters such as M&A transactions, strategic corporate purposes, financial reporting and taxation.
Andrew Reed

He has over ten years' experience working on large and complex restructuring, turnaround and advisory engagements. His key areas of experience include advising companies and lenders on restructures (including debt for equity swaps and financial restructures), cost out / turnaround initiatives and financial reviews.
Justin Shardey
Executive Director | Forensic | Melbourne
Justin has over 17 years in Forensic dispute advisory practices, including over 12 years in a 'Big Four' firm. Justin has extensive experience in the preparation of expert witness reports addressing a wide range of complex issues and specialises in the valuation and economic loss aspects of commercial disputes.
Renee Taylor
Executive Director | Practice Management | Melbourne
Renee has been with KordaMentha for over three years. Prior to joining KordaMentha, she was Global Marketing and Business Development Director for an international forensic accounting and consulting firm, leading a team across UK, Germany, US, Singapore and Australia. Renee's direct style together with a strong drive to ensure brand consistency and firm wide alignment has driven a new level of professionalism in the presentation of the KordaMentha brand and marketing activities.
