The next evolution of the NEC series: NEC4. NEC4 is being
increasingly utilised by contracting parties for all types of
construction projects, though NEC3 remains relevant and is still
used in projects across the UK.
While NEC4 has retained many of the unique features of NEC
contracts, important changes have been made that contract users
need to be aware of. We are seeking to highlight common issues and
difficulties that we see parties having within the NEC contracts,
particularly in relation to the compensation events.
