As we conclude the Knowledge Insights Event Series for 2022, we would like to invite you to join our final webinar in this series, "Geopolitical Events and the Law", which will take place on Thursday, 1 December 2022 at 11:00 am (GMT).

In this webinar, we will look at the various themes and challenges facing company boards as a result of the continually evolving global political, economic and regulatory landscape.

Our Matheson panel will include:

  • Joe Beashel, Partner, Financial Institutions Group;
  • Julie Murphy-O'Connor, Partner, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department;
  • George Brady, Partner, Corporate M&A Department;
  • Karen Reynolds, Partner, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department; and
  • Brendan Colgan, Partner, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

As part of this discussion our panellists will explore: (1) the impact of the current domestic and global financial climate; (2) the increasing regulatory, investor and consumer focus on ESG issues; and (3) specific matters arising from sanctions and resulting global supply chain interruptions.

To ensure that we address the issues that really matter to you, we invite you to submit your questions for our panel as part of the registration process below. It will also be possible for you to submit questions online during the webinar.

We hope that you will be able to join us for what promises to be an interesting session and we look forward to welcoming you to our next Knowledge Insights Event Series, which will follow in 2023.
