2020, based on investor complaints, enforcement actions and
investigations.
According to NASAA, the leading threats to investors in 2020
will be:
promissory notes;
Ponzi schemes;
real estate investments;
cryptocurrency-related investments;
and
social media/internet-based
investment schemes.
