Teigman will Bolster the Firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Capabilities

New York,  Sept. 13, 2021 – International law firm Proskauer announced today that David Teigman has joined the Firm as a partner in the Tax Department of the New York office, bolstering the Firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.

David focuses his practice on executive compensation and benefit matters, principally in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and senior executive employment relationships. As a trusted advisor, he regularly counsels public and private companies, senior executives and management teams on compensatory and benefit arrangements such as equity-based and cash-based incentives, change-in-control, retention, separation and consulting agreements. He also counsels on corporate governance, tax law and securities law related to employment matters.
