Khaitan & Co advised Beams Fintech Fund on its investment in Business Nextgen Finance Private Limited (BNF) as part of BNF’s INR 215 crore equity fundraise.
BNF is a technology-led non-banking financial company focused on providing secured credit to MSMEs across underserved and under-penetrated markets in India.
The fundraise was led by Beams Fintech Fund I and its affiliates, with participation from Baring Private Equity India Fund 6, Saison Capital Pte. Ltd., UNLEASH 1st Investment Partnership and other investors.
The core team consisted of Kumar Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Vedika Bhandari (Principal Associate), Arnav Bose (Senior Associate), Vidhi Damani (Associate) and Vedaant Agarwal (Associate).
