Advestra advised Salt, a Swiss telecommunications provider, on a comprehensive refinancing which consisted of (i) a high yield bond offering of CHF 205 million aggregate principal amount of 2.500% senior secured notes due 2031 (ii) the repricing of a new EUR 855 million term loan facility B4 and (iii) a private placement of EUR 30 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% seni­or secured notes due 2030.

The notes were issued by NJJ Continental S.A. and guaranteed by NJJ Continental Holding S.A. as well as Salt Mobile SA. The CHF denominated notes are expected to be admitted to trading and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. The proceeds from the financing, together with cash on balance sheet, were used to fully redeem Salt's existing 5.250% senior secured notes due 2028, prepay existing term loans and pay certain fees and expenses in connection with the transactions. The deal launched on 6 July 2026 and closed on 31 July 2026.

Advestra acted as Swiss legal counsel to Salt. The team included Sandro Fehlmann and Fabian Loretan (all Capital Markets and Finance) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
