Washington, D.C. Co-Managing Partner Vic Domen will present on health system transactions at the upcoming American Health Law Association (AHLA) 2026 Health Care Transactions Conference, hosted in Nashville on April 13-15.
In this informative 75-minute session, titled "Health System Transactions in Crisis Moments," Mr. Domen will be joined by Kristy Piccinini (FTI Consulting) and Terry Williams (former Vice Chief Academic Medical Officer—Transformative Solutions at Atrium Health) to discuss the regulatory and financial headwinds health systems may be facing and the potential solutions to overcoming those challenges. The panel will be presented twice on April 13 and 14. CLE credits are available.
Mr. Domen is a government antitrust investigations and prosecutions lawyer who brings a unique perspective to understanding the priorities of government agencies and the challenges his clients may encounter. Regarded as a top-three US antitrust enforcer, Mr. Domen previously worked for the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, where he served as its senior antitrust counsel. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Domen was the lead lawyer in the investigation and prosecution of federal and state antitrust matters brought on behalf of the State of Tennessee.
