A.Ş and its Swiss subsidiary, Calik Enerji Swiss AG in connection with a PLN 1.166 billion guarantee facility agreement with Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Zurich Branch, covered by Swiss Export Risk Insurance for Calik Enerji Swiss.
The guaranteed facility agreement has been entered into in connection with Çalık Enerji and Calik Enerji Swiss' EPC contract relating to the turnkey construction of a 1,336 MW combined cycle power plant in Kozienice, Poland.
