Gowling WLG's German Real Estate team has advised P3 Logistic Parks – a leading European developer and owner of logistics real estate – on the acquisition of a 166,000 m² project site in Berlin-Schönefeld via a share deal.

P3 plans to develop a state-of-the-art logistics park on the site, offering approximately 89,550 m² of rental space. Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2025, with completion scheduled for the end of 2026. The site benefits from excellent connectivity, located just five kilometers from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and close to the A10 and A13 motorways.

The Gowling WLG team was led by Real Estate Partner Nicolas Deuerling, with support from Corporate Partner Dr. Michael Lamsa, along with Matthias FischerKai KnappSusanne SchaadMicha Gersdorf, and Andreas Hofmann (Tax).

The sellers, a joint venture between May & Co. and Pflugfelder, were advised by A&O Shearman, with Hans Schoneweg and Daniel Wendler leading.
